The Information & eGovernment Authority (iGA) and Bahrain Islamic Bank (BisB) held a meeting to explore strategic collaboration opportunities in digital transformation, banking services, and customer experience enhancement.
Mohammed Al Qaed, CEO of iGA, emphasised the importance of government and financial sector collaboration to advance Bahrain’s digital transformation and improve services for citizens and residents, leveraging both iGA and BisB's capabilities to develop innovative and secure digital solutions. They also discussed enhancing digital integrations and technological infrastructure development, as well as expanding shared services in line with national digital strategies.
The meeting concluded with mutual agreement on the importance of ongoing collaboration to advance shared objectives and enhance digital services across the Kingdom.
