stc Bahrain, a digital enabler, has won Leadership Development Program of the Year for its e³ Leadership Academy and Best Use of Technology for its stc HUB platform at the HRM Summit Awards 2026. The accolades recognise the company’s investment in developing its leaders and using technology to improve the employee experience.
The two initiatives reinforce stc Bahrain’s commitment to organisational excellence by developing effective leaders and creating a connected workplace that strengthens collaboration, productivity and overall business performance.
The e³ Leadership Academy was recognised for its structured approach to building leadership capabilities across the organisation. Co-designed with executive management, the academy offers three progressive journeys: Evolve for emerging talent, Empower for managers and directors, and Elevate for senior executives. Through collaborations with Columbia, Kellogg, MIT Sloan, MIT xPRO and Tuck, it has delivered more than 7,000 development hours, supporting the development of leaders at different stages of their careers.
The stc HUB platform earned the Best Use of Technology award for bringing everyday employee services into a single digital workspace. By streamlining attendance, leave requests and approvals, it simplifies routine processes and makes essential services easier to access.
