Arbisoft and Thakaat (ذكاءات) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding at the Asia-Pacific Conference on Giftedness 2026 to collaborate on expanding digital education and talent development initiatives across Saudi Arabia, in alignment with Vision 2030.
The agreement establishes a strategic partnership focused on deploying scalable, open learning platforms, strengthening teacher development programmes, and advancing workforce readiness across the Kingdom.
Under the MOU, Arbisoft will contribute its global expertise in education engineering and introduce its open-source learning platform, Edly, to support institutions in building flexible and future-ready digital learning ecosystems. Thakaat will provide local strategic direction, ecosystem partnerships, and implementation leadership to ensure alignment with national priorities and measurable outcomes within Saudi Arabia’s education sector.
Yasser Bashir, CEO of Arbisoft, said the partnership reflects a shared commitment to supporting the Kingdom’s transformation journey by combining global engineering capabilities with deep local insight to strengthen digital learning infrastructure and workforce development.
Sami Omar Al Hussayen, CEO of Thakaat, described the collaboration as a strategic step aligned with the rapid global transformation in digital education. He noted that the partnership is driven by confidence in Arbisoft’s expertise in building large-scale educational platforms and aims to enhance innovation and improve educational outcomes in line with the Human Capability Development Program and Vision 2030 objectives.
The MOU was formally signed by the CEOs of both organisations, with the next phase focused on defining pilot initiatives and collaborative workstreams to translate the agreement into actionable programmes.
