The solution aims to allow operators significantly reduce the cost of subscriber registration without being of detriment to the perceived brand quality and customer experience.
With the proliferation of OTT (Over-The-Top) service and changing consumer lifestyle, mobile network operators are facing high pressure on their voice and SMS revenues. As a result, there is an industry-wide trend to restructure, streamline and, ultimately, reduce their operational expenditure. Workz’ optimal SIM solution addresses this challenge and allows operators to reduce their costs without reducing the brand impact to the customer.
