Under the continuous successes of STC and its consistent concern for enhancing its services and delivering them with distinct quality, it was keen to cope with the smart neighborhood strategy and imbed current projects with new ideas resting on quality and timelines. In this context STC signed a cooperative agreement with Saudi Jood Group limited according to which STC would execute the infrastructure supported with integrated smart telecom services to cover a residential compound in Jubail that belong to AL Jood Group with the best FTTH network so as to provide a life style and work environment in line with the rapid rhythm of the world information age.
The agreement was signed by General Manager, Home Sales, engineer Fahad bin Hamoud AL Ammaj on behalf of STC and Dr. Mohammed bin Bawwaj AL for Saudi Jood Group limited. STC would provide the residential compound with high quality internet services as a technological platform through which STC would extend FTTH network via which it provides various service packages to customers. This would be possible by building a complete suite for delivering telecom services that are supported with state-of-art information technology for the benefit of compound residents.
These expansions implemented by STC and the expansion in fiber optic services are part of its leading role in delivering broadband services all over the kingdom to take internet services to millions of customers via the best and most strong fiber optic network infrastructure that depends on the biggest terrestrial /marine and satellite communication network in the Middle East.
It worth mention that STC signed before comprehensive agreements with many developers to lay telecom service infrastructure in several residential plans all over the kingdom to extend FTTH services.
