Etisalat, one of the leading telecom operators in the Middle East and Africa, today introduces daily local calling bundles for its Wasel prepaid subscribers reducing rates for calling all mobile and landline numbers in the UAE.
The new bundles come in two packages: 10 minutes daily for 2 AED and 30 minutes daily for 4 AED. The first, smaller bundle offers 33 per cent discount on the regular rates and is suitable for occasional callers; while the second, larger bundle offering 55 per cent reduced prices is expected to appeal to those customers whose lifestyle and work requirements demand more frequent and longer local calls.
Wasel subscribers can choose and subscribe to their preferred bundle free of charge by dialing *111#. Customers need to subscribe only once, after which their preferred bundle will be automatically renewed upon the first local call of the day. There will be no charges on days subscribers do not use the local calling facility, especially while travelling abroad on business or vacation.
