In a busy week for the company, BSS/OSS specialist Amdocs has announced a number of deals including collaborations with leading service providers in the Philippines and Peru.
In the Philippines an expanded strategic collaboration with Globe, a leading digital solutions provider, aims to modernise core business platforms and strengthen IT operations by leveraging agentic operating system Amdocs aOS. The multi-year agreement builds on the companies’ existing relationship, combining continued support for critical systems with a phased approach to modernisation aligned with Globe’s business priorities.
The collaboration is designed to strengthen platform stability, improve operational performance and support future service innovation while maintaining business continuity.
Alongside modernisation, Amdocs will support Globe’s internal capability building through knowledge sharing and technical collaboration, helping its teams strengthen their ability to manage and evolve Globe’s technology environment. These efforts will progress in line with Globe’s priorities and operational readiness.
In Peru meanwhile, Amdocs has announced a multi-year managed services agreement with Integratel Peru, whose offerings range from fixed and mobile communications to pay TV. The agreement is designed to simplify Integratel’s technology environment and help the service provider bring new services to market faster.
The agreement covers application management and technology development across key systems, supporting Integratel Peru’s ongoing modernisation and helping to accelerate the delivery of new services and enhancements.
A key element of the initiative is the selection of Amdocs Online Charging System (OCS) as Integratel Peru’s target monetisation platform, establishing a modern foundation for real-time, convergent charging across current and future services. OCS is expected to enable more flexible pricing and faster launch of new digital and connectivity offerings.
Integratel Peru, like Globe, will also leverage aOS to introduce AI-driven automation that reduces manual effort while enabling more efficient, responsive customer experiences.
