Fast Track Group (NASDAQ:FTRK) announced that its subsidiary Fast Track Entertainment has entered into a strategic co-brand partnership with the regional division of a major music label group to establish a Global Digital Content Platform focused on Southeast Asia’s entertainment market.
The partnership, which runs until December 31, 2026, combines the music label’s artist roster and regional network with Fast Track Entertainment’s capabilities in entertainment partnerships and market activation. The platform will develop digital content, creator collaborations, and brand partnerships aimed at increasing artist visibility and fan engagement.
Fast Track Entertainment will retain 100% intellectual property ownership of content developed through the project and full rights over artist representation during the partnership period. The company will serve as lead operator, with net profits split 90/10 between Fast Track Entertainment and its partner.
The platform is designed to generate revenue through social media advertising, brand partnerships and sponsorships, and e-commerce sales. The partner will provide access to its regional artist roster, industry relationships, and distribution channels, while Fast Track Entertainment will manage day-to-day operations.
The partnership was established following a Memorandum of Understanding signed on July 6, 2026. The music label partner holds right of first refusal for establishing a joint venture, though Fast Track reserves the right to extend the partnership with another entity if no joint venture agreement is reached by year-end.
Fast Track Entertainment CEO Harris Lim stated the collaboration reflects a commitment to help artists build visibility and unlock commercial opportunities through digital experiences across Southeast Asia’s entertainment market.
Additional details about the partnership agreement were filed in the company’s Form 6-K with the SEC on July 22, 2026. The information in this article is based on a press release statement from Fast Track Group.
