Future Connections, the innovative agentic-first telco solutions provider, and KPN, the leading provider of fixed and mobile networks for telephony, data and television in the Netherlands, announced the signing of a new five-year contract for the provision of technical services to customers across the Netherlands.
Building on a successful partnership that began in 2018, Future Connections has consistently delivered high-quality performance, innovation, and sustainable solutions to the leading Dutch telecommunications provider. As a result, KPN has expanded the scope of the agreement from the southern region to nationwide coverage, appointing Future Connections as its single vendor of choice to support the company in the delivery of technical onboarding, field engineering and technical support services to both residential and small business customers.
The agreement, formally signed last week by Claartje Mangert, EVP Customer Delivery at KPN, and Julien Beenakkers, CEO of Future Connections, has been effective since the beginning of 2026.
To support the increased scale of operations, Future Connections has further strengthened its focus on workforce capability and quality. All field engineers are now certified across multiple skills and technologies, ensuring that they are equipped to meet the evolving technical demands of modern connectivity infrastructure.
