ITVX recorded its best-ever April performance, with total streams reaching 311 million during the month.
The figure represents a 24% increase on April 2025 and marks the sixth consecutive month in which ITVX has passed 300 million streams. It is also the first time the platform has exceeded that threshold in April.
The month was led by I’m A Celebrity… South Africa, which generated almost 30 million streams across its 16 episodes.
Britain’s Got Talent delivered 7.3 million streams across 4 episodes in April, up 14% year-on-year. The 2026 series has now reached 17.4 million streams, making it the show’s most-streamed series to date.
Drama also performed strongly, with Grace generating 11.3 million streams. Acquired series The Affair was the top-performing acquisition, with more than 12.4 million streams across its 3 available series.
ITV’s continuing brands remained prominent, with Coronation Street on 32 million streams, Emmerdale on 25 million, Good Morning Britain on 6 million, The Chase on 4.8 million, This Morning on 4.6 million and The Only Way is Essex on 4.2 million.
New drama Secret Service launched on April 27 and recorded 2.6 million streams in its first few days.
In May, ITVX will launch a “World Cup coming soon” area across connected TV and mobile, including match awareness and Remind Me functionality ahead of the tournament.
