Onecom has launched Halo, an agentic AI platform designed to help businesses deploy and manage AI-driven digital workforces across customer communications.
The company describes the new platform as “the first of its kind” to introduce agentic AI across voice, instant messaging and email, allowing Onecom customers to use agents that can respond intelligently through calls and messaging communications.
Developed as a future-proof tool, the Halo platform is said to represent an evolution beyond traditional communications technology to AI-powered customer solutions.
Halo is built on Onecom VOX – Onecom’s carrier-grade, platform-agnostic intelligent voice core, using AI transcription and call summaries, and integrates into any PBX or CX platform.
Halo launches with three agent tiers, with each operating within built-in security and safety guardrails using its own name, defined role and clear set of rules to perform a specific job within the business.
Aaron Brown, Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Onecom (pictured) said that Halo would “transform” how businesses interact with their customers and support their employees in the future.
“It enables us to go beyond traditional communications and IT services, creating a new growth engine for Onecom and a meaningful advantage for our customers.”
