In accordance with Huawei's Rotating Chair system, Mr. David Wang will assume the position of Rotating and Acting Chair of Huawei from April 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026. During his term, Mr. Wang will head the Board of Directors and its Executive Committee.
Mr. Wang holds a master's degree from Xi'an Jiaotong University. Mr. Wang joined Huawei in 1997 and has served as President of Technical Sales of the European Area, Managing Director of Huawei Italy and Switzerland, President of the Wireless Network Product Line, President of the Network Product Line, President of ICT Strategy & Marketing, President of ICT Products & Solutions, Chairman of the Investment Review Board, and Chairman of the ICT Infrastructure Managing Board. Currently, Mr. Wang serves as Deputy Chairman of the Board and Rotating Chairman of Huawei.
