Vodafone Qatar and the University of Doha for Science and Technology (UDST) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to deepen collaboration on talent development, training, and innovation, strengthening links between industry and academia.
The agreement was signed during Web Summit Qatar 2026 by Abdulla Ali AlMisnad, Chief Administrative Officer at Vodafone Qatar, and Dr. Rachid Benlamri, Vice President, Academics at UDST. The partnership aims to support national human capital development by aligning practical learning with Qatar’s digital and economic priorities.
Under the MoU, both organisations will explore initiatives focused on workforce readiness, knowledge exchange, and applied innovation. The collaboration seeks to enhance students’ practical skills, provide greater industry exposure, and create opportunities for joint projects between academia and the private sector.
