Verizon Communications Inc. and Array Digital Infrastructure, Inc announced a new strategic partnership.
The agreement will utilize Array’s national portfolio of towers to enhance Verizon’s 5G network, directly supporting Verizon’s goal of delivering a more robust and responsive experience for its customers.
Under the multi-year deal, Verizon has the ability to collocate on a significant number of new Array sites over the next several years. The agreement establishes a streamlined pricing structure on these new sites, providing greater cost efficiency and long-term stability.
Array maintains 4,400 towers in locations from coast to coast, enabling the deployment of 5G and other wireless technologies throughout the country.
