Everyone TV has struck new carriage deals with Warner Bros. Discovery UK & Ireland and CNN, adding a further seven streamed channels to free IP platform Freely.
CNN Headlines – a rolling news service featuring top global stories in news, business and sport – is already live on Freely on channel 305.
From early 2026, Warner Bros. Discovery’s six free-to-air linear brands – Quest, Quest Red, Food Network, DMAX, Really and TLC – will also be available to stream on the platform. TLC will move to free-to-air in January ahead of its Freely launch, with a refreshed schedule built around scripted comedy and entertainment.
The WBD portfolio brings Freely a slate of UK factual entertainment titles such as The Yorkshire Auction House and Richard Hammond’s Workshop, alongside a revamped TLC line-up featuring The Big Bang Theory, new spin-off Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage, and unscripted series including the return of Mock the Week and new format Zero Stars with Roisin Conaty and Sara Pascoe. Outside of discovery+, Freely will be the only place to stream these six channels together for free.
The agreements follow recent additions including Channel 4’s streamed-only channels 4Life, 4Homes and 4Reality, five AMC Networks International services, and new partners such as Hearst Networks EMEA, Bloomberg TV+, Talking Pictures TV, Gemporia and Local TV. Talking Pictures joined the platform on channel 36 in November, with Blaze and other services due to follow in the new year.
With the latest deals, Freely will offer more than 70 live streamed channels over Wi-Fi and over 75,000 hours of on demand content. Everyone TV says the platform is on track for further expansion in 2026 and has been independently forecast to become the largest TV device platform in the UK within five years.
Freely, backed by the BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5, is available on new smart TVs from brands including Hisense, Bush, Toshiba, Panasonic, JVC, Sharp, TCL, Amazon Fire TV and METZ. Dedicated plug-in devices launched last month to bring the service to older sets.
