Nepal Telecom (NTC) is set to upgrade its customer service center (call center) numbers. The company has released a notice that it will upgrade 197, 198, and 1498 numbers to improve customer-centric services.
The state-run telecom company has said that its call center upgradation could disrupt customer services for a brief period. It says that customers should expect service disruption between 11:30 PM to 12:30 AM for an hour on Mangsir 10, 2082. Check out the Ntc customer care center number
According to Nepal Telecom, customer services from 197, 198, and 1498 will be affected. Thankfully, though that the service outage will only last a minimal period. Chances are that you may not even notice it, as it will occur in the dead of the night.
The company chose the nighttime to upgrade its customer call center number to minimize the effect on users. Very few people are likely to call NTC during the nighttime. And our suggestion is that if you have any queries regarding NT Fiber or mobile services, you may call the company right now.
