As part of the Kingdom of Bahrain Pavilion, organised by the Labour Fund (Tamkeen), the Information and eGovernment Authority (iGA) will showcase its latest digital initiatives at GITEX Global 2025, one of the world’s largest technology exhibitions, taking place in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, from October 13 to 17.
The participation also includes the Economic Development Board (EDB), ARRAY Innovation, and 14 Bahraini ICT small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
The Bahrain Pavilion, located at Hall 20-A10, will highlight iGA’s latest projects, reflecting its leadership in advanced government eServices, adoption of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and cloud computing, and its focus on knowledge sharing and innovation. These efforts underline iGA’s commitment to enhancing government performance, strengthening public-private partnerships, and reinforcing Bahrain’s position as a regional and global ICT leader.
GITEX Global serves as a major international platform bringing together business leaders, technology experts, startups, and innovators. The event offers an opportunity to exchange ideas, present advanced digital solutions, and strengthen international cooperation in support of Bahrain’s efforts to promote innovation and align with global digital economy trends.
Visitors are invited to explore the Bahrain Pavilion at Hall 20-A10 to learn more about government digital transformation and ICT innovation projects launched this year.
GITEX Global 2025 is expected to attract participants from over 180 countries, including more than 6,000 exhibitors and over 200,000 technology professionals. The event will also feature conferences and workshops led by international experts, showcasing the latest developments in technology and innovation.
