Tele2 has signed a five-year agreement with the property company Klövern to deliver TV, broadband and network infrastructure to both tenant-owned and rental properties in their portfolio. The agreement initially covers approximately 4,200 households, but may be expanded as Klövern continues to develop its housing portfolio.
Klövern has broadened its operations in recent years and is now investing heavily in residential development, with several projects underway in the Stockholm area and Uppsala, among others. The company works with both new construction and converting existing properties into housing, which places demands on flexible and long-term sustainable communication solutions. The agreement means that Tele2 will deliver group contract services to all new construction of private homes until 2028, primarily aimed at tenant-owner associations, as well as open network via the communications operator iTUX to Klövern's rental apartments.
