CEVA Logistics has extended its long-standing partnership with Orange Polska, securing a new contract to provide logistics services to the telecommunications company through July 2031.
The agreement continues a relationship that began in 2008 and covers Orange Polska’s central distribution centre in Ołtarzew, as well as seven regional warehouses. Together, these facilities support the distribution of equipment across Poland and the ongoing development of the company’s telecommunications network.
CEVA manages nationwide logistics network
At the centre of the operation is a 12,700-square-metre distribution facility in Ołtarzew, which employs around 140 people. The site handles products ranging from mobile phones and routers to set-top boxes and accessories for both B2B and B2C channels.
Beyond warehousing and distribution, CEVA provides several value-added services for Orange Polska. These include quality control, device refurbishment, software updates and reverse logistics, allowing returned equipment to be processed within the same logistics network.
The seven regional warehouses complement the central facility by providing faster access to equipment needed for the maintenance and expansion of Orange’s infrastructure across Poland.
Automation supports growing operations
CEVA has introduced several changes to the operation in recent years, including semi-automated processes and buffer systems. An automated conveyor-based line has also been installed to improve the handling of returned equipment.
At the same time, the companies have expanded the logistics operation to support 5G technologies and introduced digital tools for monitoring performance and improving visibility across the supply chain.

He added that CEVA plans to continue developing the operation over the next five years, with a focus on further innovation and efficiency across Orange Polska’s supply chain.
