Orange Belgium has renewed its long-standing agreement with Viaccess-Orca (VO) for content security, video playback and quality-of-experience monitoring across its consumer and business TV services.
The multiyear agreement extends a relationship dating back to 2014 and will run at least until 2030.
Orange Belgium uses VO’s Secure Video Player, Multi-DRM, QoX monitoring and Conditional Access System (CAS) across multiple television environments.
The operator also uses VO’s conditional access technology for B2B television deployments, including hotels and hospitals, where the technology is used to secure and manage TV services.

VO’s QoX technology provides device-level monitoring of the viewing experience, complementing the company’s security and playback technologies.

Orange Belgium’s renewal covers both its residential television operation and B2B services, providing a common technology base for security, playback and service monitoring across the different deployments.
