Mannai Information Technology and Oracle have expanded their nearly four-decade relationship into Saudi Arabia, targeting enterprise applications, cloud transformation, artificial intelligence, data and analytics, and automation across public and private sector organisations.
The expansion combines Oracle's technology and cloud capabilities with Mannai's regional implementation and enterprise technology experience as both companies pursue opportunities arising from Saudi Arabia's digital transformation agenda.
The agreement also forms part of Mannai's broader regional growth strategy as it expands beyond its established operations in Qatar and strengthens its presence in the Saudi market.
Partnership targets enterprise modernisation
Mannai and Oracle plan to support Saudi organisations across several areas of enterprise technology.
These include enterprise applications, cloud transformation, AI, data and analytics, automation and other emerging technologies.
The companies said the collaboration is intended to help customers modernise critical operations, improve organisational agility and establish technology foundations capable of supporting future growth.
It will target customers across both government and private industry.
No specific customers, projects, investment commitments or implementation timelines were disclosed as part of the expansion.
Saudi digital transformation creates growth opportunity
The move comes as Saudi Arabia continues to invest in digital infrastructure, cloud services, AI and enterprise modernisation as part of its Vision 2030 economic transformation programme.
These investments are creating opportunities for technology vendors and systems integrators as organisations modernise legacy infrastructure and move more applications and workloads toward cloud-based environments.
For Mannai, establishing deeper operations in Saudi Arabia provides access to a substantially larger enterprise technology market while allowing the company to apply experience developed through its existing regional operations.

Oracle expands local partner delivery ecosystem
For Oracle, the partnership adds another regional implementation and delivery partner supporting customers in Saudi Arabia.
Ashraf Jarad, Senior Director for Alliances, Middle East and Africa at Oracle, said Mannai's expanded presence would provide additional regional experience and delivery capabilities for Oracle customers in the Kingdom.
Partner ecosystems can be particularly important for large enterprise technology deployments, where implementation involves more than access to cloud infrastructure or software.
Projects can require systems integration, application migration, data management, process redesign and ongoing operational support.
Mannai's role is therefore positioned around helping customers implement and derive value from Oracle technologies rather than introducing a new Oracle product or cloud service.
Mannai strengthens Saudi presence
The announcement also supports Mannai Information Technology's broader expansion strategy.
Building on its established presence in Qatar, the company is investing in its operations and technology ecosystem in Saudi Arabia with the aim of serving customers across the Kingdom, wider GCC and other emerging markets.
Saudi Arabia represents an important expansion opportunity because of the scale of government and enterprise technology programmes underway across the country.
The collaboration with Oracle gives Mannai an established technology relationship around which it can build its Saudi enterprise services proposition.
