Zain Bahrain has partnered with Sharaf DG Bahrain to expand its Partner Voucher Program, allowing eligible customers to purchase technology, electronics and home appliances through installment vouchers repaid via their monthly Zain bill.
The programme is available through the Zain app and gives customers access to voucher values of up to BD600 for purchases at Sharaf DG Bahrain.
The partnership extends Zain Bahrain’s role beyond telecom services by adding another consumer financing and retail access option to its digital ecosystem.
Customers can select vouchers through the Zain app
Eligible Zain customers can choose their preferred voucher value through the app, redeem it at Sharaf DG Bahrain and repay the amount through installments included in their monthly telecom bill.
The vouchers can be used across a broad range of categories, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, televisions, gaming products, wearables and home appliances.
This effectively links device and electronics purchases with the customer’s existing Zain billing relationship.
Voucher values available up to BD600
The programme supports installment vouchers worth up to BD600.
That gives customers flexibility to spread the cost of larger purchases over time rather than paying the full amount upfront.

Mohammed Marhoon, senior director of consumer marketing and sales at Zain Bahrain, said the partnership is intended to provide more value beyond the company’s core telecom and technology services.
He said the agreement gives customers greater choice and flexibility while making a wider range of technology and lifestyle products more accessible.
The expansion also reflects Zain Bahrain’s strategy of using partnerships to broaden the services available through its customer ecosystem.
Sharaf DG gains access to Zain’s billing relationship
For Sharaf DG Bahrain, the partnership adds another route for customers to finance purchases.
Faisal Khan, country manager at Sharaf DG Bahrain, said the deal combines Zain Bahrain’s payment solution with Sharaf DG’s portfolio of electronics, technology and home appliance brands.
The arrangement could help reduce friction for customers already using Zain services by allowing repayment through an existing monthly bill.
