CETIN Networks has selected RADCOM to deploy an AI-driven service assurance platform across its mobile network in Slovakia, supporting its transition to 5G Standalone and a cloud-native core.
Under the multi-year agreement, RADCOM will replace CETIN’s legacy assurance provider with an end-to-end solution spanning the radio access network (RAN), voice services and core infrastructure. The deployment will consolidate network visibility onto a single subscriber-aware platform.
Based on the cloud-native RADCOM ACE platform and passive network probes, the solution captures and correlates signalling in real time. AI and machine learning capabilities will identify network degradation before it affects customers while RAN experience analytics will help teams investigate service performance.
The platform will also provide per-subscriber drill-down from high-level key performance indicators to individual users, helping CETIN accelerate complaint resolution and troubleshooting.
Voice quality assurance will cover Voice over LTE, Voice over Wi-Fi and Voice over New Radio, while SLA and KPI monitoring will support wholesale and key-account customers. Open data export will enable integration with OSS/BSS, business intelligence and external analytics systems.
Peter Poliak, Chief Technology Officer, CETIN Networks Slovakia, said the technology would provide the real-time assurance required as the operator rolls out 5G Standalone.
Benny Eppstein, Chief Executive Officer, RADCOM, said the platform would give CETIN end-to-end visibility across 4G and 5G.
The deal expands RADCOM’s assurance footprint in Europe and could create further opportunities across CETIN International and the wider e& PPF Telecom Group. The group serves 12 million customers across four countries, increasing reach for RADCOM technology.
