Virgin Media O2 has added four streaming (or FAST) channels to its TV line-up at no extra cost to customers.
Robot Wars, Demand Drama, River Monsters and The Hotel Inspector are available from today to Virgin TV360 and Stream customers through their set-top boxes.
The channels have been added to Virgin Media’s electronic programme guide, with Robot Wars on channel 235, Demand Drama on channel 236, River Monsters on channel 239 and The Hotel Inspector on channel 253.
They join more than 40 streaming channels already available on Virgin TV, including U&Transport, British Screen Classics and Inside Crime.
Richard Vivian, Director of Programming and Value-Added Services at Virgin Media O2, said the additions would give customers “24/7 access to a host of their favourite shows at no extra cost”.
The channels are part of Virgin Media’s expanding streaming channel offer, which gives customers a curated, linear-style experience alongside traditional pay-TV channels and on-demand services.
River Monsters and The Hotel Inspector are distributed by ITV Studios, Demand Drama by All3Media International, part of Banijay Entertainment, and Robot Wars by Passion Distribution.
