French media group CMA Media will launch its new streaming platform, RMC+, on 1 September, bringing together all of its television, news and digital content under a single destination.
The service will be available on Android and iOS devices, Samsung smart TVs, Molotov, Canal+, and through the TV platforms of Orange, Free, SFR and Bouygues Telecom.
RMC+ will become the home for the group’s linear channels, including RMC Story, RMC Découverte, RMC Life and all BFM news services. It will also feature ten free FAST channels, including After Foot TV, BFM Grands Reportages, RMC Mystère and RMC Mecanic, offering almost 10,000 hours of content.
CMA Media says the platform has been designed around changing viewing habits, with new features including short-form “stories”, vertical videos and micro-dramas optimised for smartphone viewing, alongside clips and highlights inspired by the formats popularised by TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. The company says RMC+ is intended to become the single entry point for all of its brands and content.
