Saudi Arabia enables student results access through Tawakkalna

Saudi Arabia’s Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA), in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, has enabled students and parents to access general education academic results through the national unified application Tawakkalna, further expanding the Kingdom’s integrated digital government ecosystem.

The initiative allows academic results to be accessed securely through a single digital platform, eliminating the need for separate systems and reinforcing Saudi Arabia’s strategy of delivering citizen services through unified digital channels.

The new service is part of ongoing cooperation between government entities to improve service accessibility and simplify interactions for citizens and residents. By integrating educational services into Tawakkalna, authorities aim to provide a more seamless user experience while strengthening the role of digital platforms in public service delivery.

Originally launched as a public services platform, Tawakkalna has evolved into one of Saudi Arabia’s most significant digital government applications, offering access to a growing range of government, healthcare, identity, mobility and civic services. The addition of academic results further expands its role as a centralized gateway for public sector interactions.

The move aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 objectives, which prioritize digital transformation, government efficiency and enhanced citizen experiences. The Kingdom has invested heavily in digital infrastructure, data platforms and AI-enabled government services as part of broader efforts to modernize public administration and improve service delivery.

For parents and students, centralized access to educational records provides greater convenience and transparency. Users can securely access results anytime and from any location through a familiar digital environment, reducing administrative complexity and improving accessibility.

The initiative also demonstrates the growing role of data integration in digital government strategies. By connecting systems across ministries and agencies, governments can create more efficient and user-centric service models while reducing duplication and improving operational effectiveness.

Saudi Arabia has emerged as one of the region’s leaders in digital government development. The Kingdom continues to expand digital service offerings across sectors including education, healthcare, justice, business licensing and public administration, supported by investments in cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity and artificial intelligence.

The integration of educational services into Tawakkalna reflects a broader global trend toward unified government platforms that consolidate multiple services into a single user experience. Such platforms are increasingly viewed as essential components of modern digital governance.

As governments continue to digitize public services, education is becoming an important area of focus. Digital access to academic records, enrollment services and educational resources can improve engagement between institutions, students and families while supporting more efficient administration.
