The new features allow individuals to view registered SIM cards, verify ownership, and access related telecom information through a centralized digital interface. The move is aimed at improving transparency, enhancing user control, and reducing reliance on in-person service channels.

By integrating telecom-related services into Sahel, Kuwait is continuing to expand its digital government ecosystem, offering citizens and residents streamlined access to essential services. The initiative also supports regulatory oversight by helping authorities ensure accurate subscriber records and reduce misuse of mobile connections.

The rollout reflects growing emphasis on digital identity and service integration, where governments are consolidating multiple services into unified platforms to improve user experience and operational efficiency.

Kuwait has been steadily advancing its e-government capabilities, with Sahel emerging as a key interface for public service delivery across sectors.
