Bosnia and Herzegovina market leader BH Telecom is upgrading its convergent charging and payments platform via an extension of its partnership with Qvantel.
The platform will use a charging engine and payments system provided by Optiva, a unit of Qvantel. This modern, cloud-native system will allow BH to improve customer experience as well as improving its 5G capabilities to capitalise on this market as it advances in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with cloud-native agility and test automation frameworks helping BH launch products and services more swiftly.
