The United Nations has launched the 2026 UN Global Pulse Accelerator, a new initiative designed to support data- and AI-driven projects with real-world, implementation-ready impact.
The programme will select three projects, each receiving $60,000 in funding, along with technical assistance, mentorship, and support to scale and measure outcomes. It is aimed at teams developing innovative solutions that use data or artificial intelligence to advance sustainable development, humanitarian response, and social inclusion.
UN Global Pulse is seeking initiatives that can demonstrate readiness for deployment and the potential to deliver measurable results in complex, real-world environments. The accelerator is positioned to bridge the gap between experimentation and impact, helping promising projects move from pilot stage to operational scale.
Applications for the 2026 cohort are open through February 11, 2026.
