CG Net and Thulo.com have signed a strategic partnership aimed at accelerating the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across Nepal by making modern business tools more accessible and affordable.
The agreement was signed by Sujan Thapa, CEO of CG Net, and Raja Ram Nepal, CEO of Thulo.com. The collaboration focuses on helping SMEs adopt structured digital systems that enhance daily operations, customer management, sales follow-ups, marketing communication, and overall productivity. By reducing reliance on manual processes, the initiative aims to enable faster, more sustainable business growth.
Commenting on the partnership, Thapa said CG Net is committed to enabling Nepal’s digital future and sees this collaboration as a practical way to bring modern tools to small businesses. He noted that combining reliable connectivity with strong digital solutions can help enterprises operate more efficiently and competitively.
Raja Ram Nepal emphasized that the partnership addresses the common challenges SMEs face when transitioning from manual to digital operations. He said many small businesses struggle with fragmented processes and limited access to automation tools, despite being the backbone of Nepal’s economy.
“This partnership with CG Net is an important step to make business automation easier and more accessible for SMEs,” he said. “Together, we aim to help Nepali businesses save time, manage customers better, improve sales efficiency, and grow with confidence through digital tools.”
The service is currently available in Kathmandu Valley, Pokhara, and Chitwan, with plans to expand to other cities nationwide. This phased rollout is designed to extend digital adoption beyond major urban centres and into broader SME communities.
Both companies believe the collaboration will mark a significant milestone for Nepal’s SME ecosystem by accelerating the adoption of digital business tools and transforming how small enterprises manage customers, sales, marketing, and internal operations in an increasingly digital economy.
