Phoenix Tower International announced the successful completion of its acquisition of Infracos, the joint venture between Bouygues Telecom and SFR, which manages approximately 3,700 mobile sites in moderately populated areas across France.
This strategic investment brings PTI’s French portfolio to nearly 10,000 sites nationwide, including firm commitments for build-to-suit (BTS) implementations.
Pro forma for this transaction and contractually agreed deployments, PTI will own and operate over 33,000 telecommunications masts in Europe, the United States, Latin America and the Caribbean.
