Egypt’s Ministry of Industry has rolled out a new mobile application, Investor Support, designed to simplify how industrial investors submit and track complaints and inquiries. Available on both Android and iOS, the app provides a direct communication channel with the Ministry and all entities within the Ministerial Group for Industrial Development, enabling faster responses and more efficient problem resolution.
The platform is connected to a wide range of ministries and government bodies, including Environment, Military Production, Electricity, Petroleum, Housing, Finance, Agriculture, Labour, Investment and Foreign Trade, as well as the Central Bank of Egypt and the National Food Safety Authority. Through this unified gateway, investors can lodge complaints related to any of these institutions and monitor case progress digitally, eliminating the need for physical follow-up.
All submissions are consolidated into a single tracking window that reduces administrative burdens. Users receive instant notifications when a complaint is forwarded and again when a response is issued. The system also allows investors to send follow-up reminders and track all activity through a dedicated profile section.
The Ministry said the initiative is part of its broader digital transformation strategy to improve investor services, enhance coordination across industrial development bodies and reinforce Egypt’s commitment to a more efficient, responsive business environment.
