The announcement was made during MWC Doha 2025, where leaders from both companies reaffirmed their shared vision for advancing Iraq’s digital and retail innovation landscape.
The new platform marks a major evolution in a decade-long collaboration that has strengthened Iraq’s digital and prepaid infrastructure through solutions such as e-top-up, voucher management and advanced analytics. By unifying Asiacell’s nationwide retail network under a single intelligent system, the platform aims to streamline operations, improve reseller performance and accelerate growth across thousands of retail partners.
SDS CEO Martin Schedin highlighted the strategic significance of the rollout, noting the company’s focus on agile, AI-powered tools that enhance field-sales efficiency and support measurable revenue outcomes for telecom operators. Asiacell CCO Chra Hussain emphasized that the partnership strengthens the operator’s digital infrastructure, enabling improved data visibility, operational efficiency and customer experience across Iraq.
Built on modular, data-driven components, the Seamless product suite provides real-time insights and analytics, enabling faster onboarding, enhanced partner engagement and improved retail performance.
