Vodafone Qatar and Hytera have expanded their long-standing collaboration with a new memorandum of understanding (MoU) announced following the close of MWC25 Doha. The agreement reinforces their joint mission to deliver secure, resilient and industry-ready communications solutions across Qatar.
The renewed partnership focuses on supporting key sectors — including public safety, transport, healthcare, utilities and the building industry — by integrating Vodafone’s network capabilities with Hytera’s advanced professional communications technologies. The companies aim to enhance coordination, safety and operational quality across mission-critical environments.
Vodafone Qatar’s Enterprise Business Director, Mohamed Mohsin Alyafei, described the MoU as a “pivotal step” in delivering world-class communication services that align with Qatar’s digital transformation ambitions. Hytera VP Stanley Song noted that both companies will “continue to bring advanced communications capabilities” to organisations across the country.
The strengthened collaboration builds on years of joint work and arrives at a moment when Qatar is prioritising digitalisation as a key driver of economic growth and national resilience.
