Morocco has moved to strengthen its digital economy through a new partnership with Keiretsu Forum Middle East and North Africa (MENA), one of the world’s largest private investor networks originating from Silicon Valley. The agreement was signed on November 19, 2025, at the Ministry of Digital Transition and Administration Reform in Rabat.
The collaboration directly supports Morocco’s national strategy to position itself as a leading African hub for digital innovation, investment, and high-growth entrepreneurship. Under the agreement, the Ministry and Keiretsu Forum MENA will jointly design programs aimed at boosting innovation, attracting international capital, and increasing the competitiveness of Moroccan startups.
A core element of the partnership is connecting Moroccan founders with global investor networks, giving local startups access to international mentorship, funding pipelines, and global markets. The initiative also highlights the growing influence of the Keiretsu Forum’s Morocco & Africa branch, led by a rising young Moroccan entrepreneur recognized globally for advancing innovation across the continent.
The partnership reinforces Morocco’s commitment to building a digital economy rooted in creativity, technological excellence, and global integration—solidifying its position as a key player in Africa’s investment and innovation landscape.
