Grameenphone, the country's largest telecom operator, has reported a 23% year-on-year decline in net profit for the first nine months of 2025.
According to its financial statement published and approved at a board meeting yesterday (26 October), the listed multinational company posted a net profit of Tk2,264 crore with an earnings per share (EPS) of Tk16.77, down from Tk2,955 crore in the same period of 2024.
During the January-September period, the company's total revenue stood at Tk11,948 crore, slightly lower than Tk12,109.8 crore recorded in the corresponding period last year.
