Algeria: Comptel Corporation (HEX: CTL1V), the leading vendor of dynamic Operations Support System (OSS) software, today announced that Algerian mobile operator Wataniya Algerie (Nedjma), whose majority is owned by Qatar Telecom (Qtel) through Wataniya Telecom in Kuwait, has selected Comptel Provisioning and Activation to improve its service fulfillment processes for mobile offerings, including planned 3G services.
