Lebanon: MTC Touch, the leading mobile operator in Lebanon and ZAIN affiliate, announced the expansion of its Certified Outlets' network, to include 15 outlets in addition to the company's headquarters at Charles El Helou and its 5 regional service centers.
In parallel to this expansion, MTC Touch also diversified its portfolio of services offered within these Certified Outlets to include:
- SIM card replacement for blocked and lost Sims
- Purchasing of prepaid "magic" and postpaid "touch" lines
- Purchasing of "magic" recharge cards
- Bill settlement for postpaid touch lines
- Transfer of pre-paid "magic" lines to postpaid "touch" lines
Furthermore, MTC Touch Certified Outlets provides the activation of a number of features and services such as the BlackBerry, Star Package, Clip and voice mail.
The 15 Certified Outlets are distributed as follows: "Class" branches in Mar Elias (main street), Nabatiyeh (main street), Sour (El Abbasieh junction), Downtown Beirut (Municipality street) and the southern suburbs of the capital (Sfeir street); MET in Kaslik (main street); MEATEL in Hazmieh (Damascus road); KAZTEL branches in Tripoli (Azmi street) and Badaro (Sami Al Solh street); TALACO branches in Rawshé (Australia street), Jal El Dib (main street) and Sidon (Houssam Eddine Al Hariri street); Hanytel in Ashrafieh (Syoufeh); Lida Call (Salim Salam avenue) and Libannet at Bir Al Abd Snoubra.
MTC Touch stated that expanding the Certified Outlets network is part of the company's strategy to make customers' lives easier at no additional cost, by being closer to them in the different Lebanese regions to better meet their needs. All Certified Outlets are fully equipped to offer all services currently available at mtc touch services centers.
