based in the greater Philadelphia region, reportedly entered into a partnership whereby VoxNet will private label CoreDial hosted PBX, VoIP and SIP trunking services to its customers. The agreement also includes CoreDial's commitment to certify Mitel (News - Alert) IP phones on the CoreDial VoiceAxis software platform. “The addition of high quality, feature rich and cost effective hosted PBX and VoIP services to VoxNet's existing carrier services simply makes sense," Alan Rihm, CEO, CoreDial, said in a statement. Rihm said that VoxNet customers can now benefit from scalable, hosted VoIP and SIP Trunking services in addition to the already robust suite of business communication and carrier services solutions VoxNet provides. He said that customer demand for these new services is strong, which is clearly demonstrated by the fact that VoxNet was turning up its first customer on the CoreDial network within days of going live on the CoreDial VoiceAxis system. “VoxNet selected CoreDial due to the company's years of experience, carrier class network, and the capabilities of their VoiceAxis software," Bill Quinlan, president, VoxNet, LLC, said. Quinlan said that this partnership enables the company to expand its services to include all the latest hosted PBX, VoIP and SIP Trunking services, while delivering improved productivity, communications and cost savings for the business customers. He said that CoreDial's management team and technologies, as well as its forward-looking unified communications roadmap, made this an easy decision. Back in October, CoreDial, LLC had announced its VoiceAxis 3.0 multi-tenant PBX and VoIP management software will support the full line of Aastra (News - Alert) SIP phones. VoiceAxis current has pre-built profiles for the Aastra 675xi series SIP phones, and the company announced its intention to support the Aastra XML toolkit.
