This implementation will help du offer cost effective, integrated, secure and scalable cloud infrastructure services to power various smart government initiatives including 'mGovernment' and 'Big Data'.

Under this initiative, Oracle's Exadata Cloud will be deployed by du that will provide the simplicity of cloud coupled with the security and control of an on-premises deployment. With a pay-as-you-go model, the implementation will allow du to adopt an OPEX model which will reduce cost while scaling with ease. Furthermore, it will also offer superior data management capabilities to various FEDNet entities.
