Brazilian regulator Anatel approved a proposal to set up the Anatel Comparador application that will allow users to compare telecom services offers by service or in combos.
The deadline to launch the application is 10 months. Anatel says that the initiative will bring greater transparency to the offers on the telecom market and make it easier for consumers to access information.
The regulator started testing such an application with Android users last summer. It will now be updated with feedback from users and additional functions for a launch to the full market.
