Ooredoo launches new loyalty programme ‘Nojoom’ and joins forces Landmark and VOX to give great offers to customers

As part of its commitment to bring new and inspiring services to customers, Ooredoo has teamed up with the Landmark Group and VOX cinemas to offer customers Shukran points and movie tickets in exchange for points earned through their revamped Loyalty Programme, ‘Nojoom’.  

The new programme is available exclusively through the Ooredoo Oman app – available on any smart device – and brings with it a whole host of exciting new offers. The app is compatible with iOS and Android and can also be accessed online by logging in at http://selfcare.ooredoo.om. By selecting the ‘Nojoom’ area, customers can now exchange their loyalty points for Shukran points by entering their Shukran membership card number. Discounts are available at participating Landmark Group Stores including Centrepoint, Homecentre, Max, E-max, Babyshop, Lifestyle, Splash, Fun City and Shoe Express. For VOX movie tickets, points can be used to purchase tickets for the movie of choice at either the Muscat City Centre or Qurum City Centre screens. 

The Ooredoo Oman app also allows customers to recharge, check data, SMS or call time, send international credit, sign up for plans, view their bills and exchange their Nojoom points for offers or discounts at leading retailers across the Sultanate. Customers can also redeem points for or for open credit, which will be added to their balance and used for international calls, calls to any local network, or to subscribe to one of Ooredoo’s great data bundles.

Every Ooredoo prepaid and postpaid customer is eligible to join Nojoom and can subscribe by dialing *147*11# on their device for Arabic and *147*21# for English, or registering through the Nojoom section of the app. The Ooredoo Oman app and all the current offers and services from Ooredoo can be found on their website: www.ooredoo.om
