BWDC-Metsanco will have to install 9.000 internet connections during the first year and 60,000 by the fifth year.
The concession has a durations of 20 years, and can be renewed by Peru's Ministry of Transports and Communications.
Although the contract states that the goal is serving all the national terrtory, BWDC-Metsanco must cover 12 regions during the first year.
BWDC-Metsanco is conformed by Broadban Wireless Development Corporation (Virgin Islands) and Metsando Limited (Cyprus), both of them branches of Scartel Group, that operates wireless telephonic service in Russia under the Yotta brand.
The company CEO, Dmitry Sokolov, plans to invest US $ 100 millions during the first 5 years.
