Large number of partners reflects success of STC’s customer-focused strategy
STC has accomplished an unprecedented achievement in attracting the largest number of partners to participate in its Qitaf customer appreciation program, enabling its customers to use their Qitaf points for a wide variety of goods and services.
Eng. Saad bin Dhafer Al Qahtani, Vice President of STC Home Sector Services and President of the Customer Protection Committee, expressed his satisfaction at the success that has been achieved by the Qitaf program since it was launched seven years ago, which is due to its excellence in rewarding STC customers for their loyalty by giving them real added value and the widest possible choice of ways to benefit from their Qitaf points.
He went on to state that STC’s Qitaf program is the biggest and most popular loyalty program in the entire Middle East with more than 20 million members and over 34 partners who represent over 150 leading local and international brands. STC QItaf partners have more than 3,300 outlets across all regions of the Kingdom and around the world, with Qitaf devices installed in their branches.
The range of products and services offered by STC Qitaf partners includes food, clothing, perfumes, furniture, home appliances, computers, software, and banks. Recently travel and tourism have been added to the Qitaf program as a result of the recent partnership between STC and Saudi Arabian Airlines. Qitaf points can also be exchanged for STC services including calling minutes, free SMS and subscription fees.
Eng, al Qahtani concluded by pointing out that the Qitaf program is different from other loyalty programs in that points can be transferred between customers, to be used either for STC services or in exchange for products and services from Qitaf partners throughout the Kingdom.
