Deutsche Telekom is deepening its pan-European partnership with Disney+, rolling out new bundles and tighter platform integration across its footprint from this week.
The group has launched the first phase with Magyar Telekom in Hungary, where customers can now take Disney+ through new integrated offers and device options. Further national companies will follow in 2026, with country-specific bundles and “tailored” distribution models designed to make the streaming service easier to access and pay for.
The move builds on Deutsche Telekom’s existing role as a key aggregation partner for Disney+. In Germany, Disney+ has been bundled with MagentaTV and convergent fixed–mobile offers since 2020, making the streamer a core part of Telekom’s TV proposition and its wider “digital lifestyle” strategy.
Under the latest expansion, Disney+ – including content from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic and Hulu – will be accessible directly via Telekom TV environments, with a focus on seamless login, billing and discovery alongside other OTT apps. Deutsche Telekom says combining premium content with high-performance connectivity is central to its European growth strategy, positioning the telco as a super-aggregator for third-party streaming services.
Mladen Mitic, senior vice-president B2C commercial growth Europe at Deutsche Telekom, said the group was “happy to work with Disney+ to offer the best and latest entertainment choices” across its European markets, while Disney’s Paolo Agostinelli, SVP platform distribution, highlighted the aim of making it easier for customers to access blockbuster films and series “from today in Hungary, and in more countries soon”.
