Jemena, a leading energy infrastructure company in Australia, has selected BT International’s BT Command solution to strengthen and modernise its communications infrastructure across its 24/7 control room operations.
As part of its long-standing partnership with BT, Jemena is upgrading its voice communications platform to enhance operational resilience, improve user experience, and better support remote working. The deployment spans dual data centres and three control rooms, enabling over 100 operators to collaborate securely and in real time via intuitive touchscreen consoles and mobile devices.
BT Command is purpose-built for mission-critical environments, providing dispatch professionals with a high-performance, secure platform that streamlines communication between operations teams and field personnel. Designed to work seamlessly with enterprise IT systems, the solution delivers greater visibility, improved response coordination, and robust support for business continuity protocols.
