        The event opened with keynote messages from key international
        and  regional  leaders  including  TDRA,  Huawei, the  International
        Telecommunication  Union  (ITU),  South  Africa’s  Department  of
        Communications  and  Digital  Technologies  (DCDT),  the  Digital
        Cooperation Organization (DCO), the World Broadband Association
        (WBBA), and ZTE. A Memorandum of Understanding was signed
        between  the  WBBA  and  the  SAMENA Council  to further  cross-
