                                                               In his closing remarks, BA reinforced a call to action: “We are not
                                                               just building faster networks; we are building future-proof nations.
                                                               Investment  must  follow purpose, and  that  purpose is  equity,
                                                               resilience, and shared digital prosperity.”

                                                               The  session  echoed  GSMA  M360  Eurasia’s  broader mission:
                                                               fostering  collaboration  between  mobile  operators, governments,
                                                               and innovators to unlock the region’s digital future.
