Dimension Data Mozambique (formerly Internet Solutions) has expanded its partnership with South Africa-based solutions provider Q-KON Africa to offer OneWeb low earth orbit (LEO) satellite services to business customers in Mozambique.
The service will provide connectivity at up to 100Mbps for users looking for fixed broadband redundancy or those in remote areas, and will complement Dimension Data’s existing satellite offering Twoobii, which is also provided by Q-KON. The OneWeb system comprises 648 LEO satellites.
