Malaysian pay TV provider Astro has expanded its streaming service offering with the addition of the Viu app on the platform.
Viu delivers Asian entertainment that includes a slate of Korean, Thai and Indonesian dramas joined by Viu Original series, Korean variety shows and more upcoming local titles.
Astro customers can access Viu on multi-screens and will receive free access to Viu Premium’s Asian content until 8 June 2023 via the Ultra Box or the Viu mobile app.
The platform also offers the apps for Netflix, Disney+ Hotstar, HBO GO, iQIYI, BBC Player, TVBAnywhere+, beIN Sports Connect, and the soon to be launched Zee5.
Astro customers can continue to access Viu Premium by adding it to their subscription at an exclusive offer after 8 June 2023 at RM14.90/month (RRP).
